Swap Bandos boots for Dragon ones, Dragon are cheaper, lighter, and provide strength. The RoW bonus is fair, and +4 constant strength is much more useful. The rest of your equipment is the best you can get or is the best OSRS gold you can get til you can upgrade to Bandos CP/Tassets.
