In the future, the research on energy saving and consumption reduction of LM series vertical roller mills in China will focus on the following aspects:(1) Development of new structure of LM series vertical roller mill;(2) The wear resistance of lining plate and grinding medium material is improved, and the lining plate and grinding medium structure are improved, so that the grinding medium can be moved more reasonably;(3) The theoretical model of LM series vertical roller mill system is studied in depth, and the working parameters of LM series vertical roller mill are optimized accurately;(4) The paper develops the accurate load detection method of LM series vertical roller mill, combines various control methods and pays attention to the real-time problems in practical application, and improves the automation level;(5) The improvement and adjustment of the process route in actual production.
