The superconducting magnetic separator has the characteristics of high field strength, energy saving and high productivity, and can directly treat silica sand with more impurities.  However, only using a single grinding method is difficult to obtain high-grade silica sand grinding mill, and other processes such as chemical treatment need to be used to further reduce the content of iron in silica sand products.  Silica sand flotation method mainly uses the difference of physical and chemical properties on the surface between gangue minerals and silica sand to treat the raw ore of silica sand with more impurities and lower whiteness, and remove the impurities containing iron, titanium and carbon, so as to realize the comprehensive utilization of low-grade silica sand resources.
