Stainless steel screw pump is a new type of pump based on the principle of rotating meshing volume. The main working parts of stainless steel screw pump are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator), because the special geometric starting point of these two parts forms a separate sealing chamber, the medium flows uniformly along the axis, the internal flow is small, the volume remains unchanged, the pressure of stainless steel screw pump is stable, and there will be no eddy current and stirring. The output pressure of each stage of stainless steel screw pump is 0.6 MPa, the lift is 60m (clear water), and the self-priming height is generally greater than 3m.
Because the stator is made of many kinds of elastic materials, this kind of pump has the characteristics that the general pump can not be competent for the transportation of high viscosity fluid and the transportation of medium containing rigid suspended particles or fibers, and its flow rate is proportional to the rotational speed. Transmission can be driven directly by coupling or by high-speed motor, triangular belt, gearbox and other devices. Stainless steel screw pump has the advantages of fewer parts, compact structure, small volume, simple maintenance, easily damaged parts of rotor and stator, simple structure, easy installation and disassembly.
